About Us
OPTIMA was founded in 1990 in Northern Ireland. In 2000, we opened a branch in Prague, Czech Republic, and in 2006, thanks to our Dutch owner, also in the city of Dokkum, the Netherlands.
The history of OPTIMA RECRUITMENT EUROPE dates back to 1990, when the company was founded in Northern Ireland and later expanded into the Netherlands. In 2000, a significant milestone was reached with the opening of our first branch in Prague, Czech Republic. For many years, OPTIMA Czech Republic, in cooperation with international branches, has provided candidates and services across Europe. A key moment came in 2018, when our Czech family grew with new branches in Brno, Zlín, and Kladno by merging with our then partner company Humares (formerly Start People).
Today, we provide HR solutions for projects all over the Czech Republic, supporting dozens of partners and hundreds of employees and candidates on a monthly basis. OPTIMA is a medium-sized recruitment agency that maintains a personal approach, helpfulness, and professionalism in all its services to clients and candidates alike.
